Shipping Policy

• Items are $5 flat shipping rate, except for heavy goods such as large knives, which qualify for $8 flat rate shipping.
• We ship USPS within 1-2 business days of order date.
• You will receive an order shipping confirmation that will include tracking via email to the email address provided at checkout.  Items can be tracked at www.usps.com
• Once an item ships, it is your responsibility.  Any item lost in shipping is not our responsibility.  
• Any items returned due to an incorrect address will require an additional $5 to ship to the correct address. 
• Collins Creek & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If package is lost/stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.  If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible.  For other issues contact local USPS. Packages are shipped USPS first class. If extra insurance is needed over $50 please contact us at collinscreek@yahoo.com.
