Refund policy

Returns

  • All international orders are FINAL sale.
  • We do not issue refunds, however we will issue store credit for approved returns only. Please contact us at collinscreek@yahoo.com to verify a return is warranted.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of date product is marked delivered with a noted reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in new condition. 
  • We do not offer exchanges as inventory changes too fast.  
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for store credit.  Return shipping will be at buyers expense. 
  • If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • We must be notified for defective or damaged items within two days of receiving order or it will be considered "wear and tear".
